Wolf was banned again

Wolf asked me to put a request out to see if he can get unbanned. I wasn't there so i have no idea what your side of the story is. He told me you suspected him of no recoil hacks and i remember that you banned for something to that affect before. I told him i would try so here i am posting on his behalf. Uhhh ya that's it.

I banned him. He was hacking. He is staying banned. Do NOT be the admin that unbans him.
